Book Recommendation: Crucial Conversations Tools for Talking When Stakes Are High

I finished reading Crucial Conversations. It came as a recommendation and I found it to have some really simple tools to use in those situations where the next three words that come out of your mouth are critical. I would give this book a 4/5 stars.
